The space
This 35 m² one-bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished and fully equipped.
It comprises an entrance hall and living room with a large television and sofa bed.
The kitchen area is fully equipped and will enable you to prepare tasty dishes during your stay in Antibes, by the sea.
The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. The toilet is in a separate room off the bathroom.
The 8m² bedroom has a double bed and storage space.
Finally, you can dine both indoors and outdoors on the 7m² balcony, which has a table and 4 chairs that you can easily fit into the living area, with a magnificent view of the sea, Salis beach, the old town and Cap d'Antibes.

You will have full access to the T2 and its balcony.

The neighborhood
The T2 apartment is located in a quiet, ideally situated neighbourhood. You can relax on the Salis beach at the foot of the residence, with its white sand, the little port, the old town on the left and the Cap d'Antibes on the right.
All local shops and amenities (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, etc.) are just 400 metres away in the direction of Antibes, with restaurants all along the way.
Old Antibes, the Provencal market, the shops and restaurants of the old town are a 15-minute walk away via a promenade running alongside the sea.
This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities to make your stay and visits easier.
Getting around
You can easily spend your stay in Antibes on foot and using the bus routes, but a car is recommended if you want to get away from Antibes.
Other things to note
A free parking space awaits you in the residence's private, covered and secure car park.
A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
