You'll also have private parking spaces outside and one inside the property.

Guest access
You will have private access to the villa, swimming pool and boules court.
The villa is located in a residential area, with secure access by code and camera at the entrance to the residence. So you'll be perfectly safe to make the most of your stay.
Three private parking spaces are reserved for you.
You can drive your vehicle into the villa's courtyard through a closed gate. And two additional parking spaces in a private parking lot.

A deposit of €2,000 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
The villa is located in the heart of unspoilt nature, yet close to the town of Mandelieu La Napoule (10 minutes from the villa), where you'll find all amenities (large supermarket, bakeries, small greengrocers, pharmacies, bike/motorcycle rentals, etc.).
The first beaches are also around 10 minutes away.
