The space
This fully-equipped 88 m² T4 apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with an extensible table, 6 chairs and a sofa bed (160x200 cm), as well as a fully-equipped kitchen.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (13 m², 11 m² and 9 m²) with queen-size beds (160x200 cm) (one of which has a sea view), two shower rooms (one with toilet) and a separate toilet.
The apartment features a 6 m² loggia with garden furniture overlooking the sea.
On the first floor of the building, you'll also have access to a 6 m² room with racks for storing surfboards or bicycles.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire apartment, its equipment and loggia, as well as to the ground-floor room shared with the second apartment.

Ideally located in the village of Le Vauclin, a rustic and authentic commune in Martinique, this apartment is within walking distance of all local amenities (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, market, restaurants, board sports school, board sports equipment rental, doctors...).
You'll also be facing the sea, with direct access to the beach by crossing the road, a real pleasure!
Getting around
The apartment is just a 3-minute drive and 9-minute walk from Pointe Faula beach with numerous beach restaurants. Pointe Faula beach, protected by a coral reef, is a well-known and safe spot for kitesurfing, wing-foil, foiling and windsurfing, and is also home to the UCPA Martinique center.
The start of the Vauclin loop (7 km) is a 6-minute drive from the accommodation.
The start of the Macabou - Cap Macré hike (9 km) is a 14-minute drive from the accommodation.
The start of the Vauclin mountain hike (4 km) is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation.
